How to Drink Enough Water
Buy yourself a non plastic bottle that holds at least a liter. Glass is a good choice, I use a Sigg bottle.
2. Think about your supply
It isn't enough to just focus on drinking water. Take some time and think about your supply of water. Specifically, are you going to buy big jugs of water, get a water purifier, or use a delivery service. Choose the one that works best for you.
3. Make it part of your routine
At night put your water bottle right next to your keys so that you remember it in the morning. If you drink coffee at work put your water bottle right next to your coffee mug.
4. Remind yourself
While you're drinking water take a moment to think about how it is helping your body to operate more efficiently and to feel better.
