1. Stop eating by 8:00pm
If you want to know the secret to Sumo wrestlers size, it is eating right before bed and then waking up in the middle of the night to eat a second dinner. Don't eat like a Sumo
wrestler. Stop eating by 8pm.
2. Average 30 minutes of exercise every day
Imagine how you would look and feel in only 1 month, if you had exercised for an average of 30 minutes every day. Well, the next 30 days is only a month away!
3. Eat Raw EVERY Day.
Raw = Alive
You are what you eat. Do you want to eat foods that are dead or full of life. Which do you think will make you feel better? Eat a salad, piece of fruit, or vegetable every sinle day for maximum nourishment.
