3 New Thin Habits...

Habits are the secret to permanently changing your body on auto-pilot. Once you have the right habits programmed in you no longer need to think about weight loss because your body will automatically be right where you want it. You can start with these 3 Thin Habits:

1. Stop eating by 8:00pm
If you want to know the secret to Sumo wrestlers size, it is eating right before bed and then waking up in the middle of the night to eat a second dinner. Don't eat like a Sumo
wrestler. Stop eating by 8pm.

2. Average 30 minutes of exercise every day
Imagine how you would look and feel in only 1 month, if you had exercised for an average of 30 minutes every day. Well, the next 30 days is only a month away!

3. Eat Raw EVERY Day.
Raw = Alive
You are what you eat. Do you want to eat foods that are dead or full of life. Which do you think will make you feel better? Eat a salad, piece of fruit, or vegetable every sinle day for maximum nourishment.
