I had alot of fun switching my cravings, and an amazing thing happened last week! There was a birthday and there was a dark choclate cake being served. I had no desire to eat the cake! It looked like just another piece of food on the table. On the other hand another co-worker had starved herself since the morning and all she wanted was cake. I ate a bowl of fruit just for fun.
